Orthokeratology, or ortho-k, is a special type of rigid contact lens worn at night while your child sleeps. Our doctors are experienced in fitting customized ortho-k lenses to manage myopia in children.
Ortho-k contact lenses provide a few unique benefits compared to other myopia management treatments. They’re worn overnight, meaning your child won’t need to worry about glasses or contact lenses during the school day or at extracurricular activities such as sports, dance, or swimming.
